We see our expansion into the block management sector as a natural progression to our core services – our extensive property-related background provides the ideal foundation for a fresh, honest and professional approach to block management founded on a Professional rather than an estate agency background. Our research and experience shows that the most common complaints about management companies are their lack of understanding about building management and lack of communication. Many management companies have simply taken on too large a portfolio to manage – we don’t and won’t have this problem, allowing us to manage your property on a much closer, personal level.
